I would like to say "thank you for a wonderful job done."  I was at wits end with contractors by the time I contacted CLHowton Construction.   I was very happy to find a company that would work around my budget and provide guidance and answers to my many questions, prior to the start date.  And very pleasantly, to say the least. 
 

I was also very amazed and happy at the fact that, not only was my patio addition beautifully built, but it was completed ahead of the projected completion date.

Calvin did an amazing job on my staircase. He not only replaced the carpet with hardwood, but redesigned the staircase itself. He knocked down a wall and put in rails and balusters. It was definitely challenging and he did such a good job because of his expertise. He was always on time and cleaned up each day. He was professional,easy to work with, and listened to any suggestions that I may have had.The pictures of his work (the staircase) are on his website. I knew then that I would hire him again for another project.

Several months later I hired him again to patch a hole in the ceiling. It required some sheetrock and 'popcorn' to make it blend in to the rest of the ceiling. Once again, he was easy to work with, cleaned up, and the ceiling looks GREAT. It is in a very visible area of the kitchen and I was concerned that it might look different than the rest of the area, but he not only reassured me that it would match, but he did a fantastic job blending it in to the existing ceiling. I am very impressed with his work and his professionalism. I will certainly hire him again, and we are already discussing another project!
